To ensure your accessories last a long time, please follow these instructions:

♥ Wash gently by hand using warm water.
♥ Avoid putting glassware in the microwave.
♥ Keep items away from sunlight and dust.
♥ Handle hand-painted pieces with extra care when washing and drying.
♥ Do not use a dishwasher; clean with a damp cloth only.
♥ Refrain from using harsh cleaning products or rough materials.
♥ Dry the items using a hairdryer on a cool setting.

We offer the option to create a custom order.

The main changes can include:

All orders are carefully packed and tracked during delivery to ensure they reach you safely!
We take great care in packaging each order, making sure it arrives in perfect condition. Each item is placed in boxes specifically designed for them, and then packed in a larger box with protective filler to prevent any damage.
Gift wrapping is included in the price.

Please be sure to check the contents of your package immediately upon receipt. If there is any damage to the items and no postal worker was present during delivery, the recipient is responsible for the contents and their condition. If you receive the package without the postal worker and notice any damage, please contact the post office right away.

These are not exact dates, but approximate dates, depending on the carrier and the delivery service representative in your country.

If the delivery cannot be completed due to the recipient being unavailable or an incorrect address provided by the customer, the order will be returned to us. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-delivery.
If the customer decides to cancel the order because it is no longer needed, they will be required to pay the full delivery fee and cover the cost of the non-returnable item.
